Can I add or remove AP holders anytime?
Yes! On monthly plans, changes will be reflected in your next upcoming invoice. On annual plans, additions are prorated.
How does prorating work for annual plans?
You're charged immediately for the remaining time in your billing period. We calculate the prorated amount based on the exact number of days remaining. If you remove an AP holder, we will refund the prorated amount as credit that will apply to your next invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards except American Express. Malaysia-issued debit cards need to be activated for online payments—contact your bank to enable this.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
